pickIn reading some of Bride's inner dialogue, it hit close to heart especially some scenes with her lying ex but reading as she pushes through some of her hangups with Vane and having him literally show his affection at every possible moment... swoon.
The audio narrator, Fred Berman, who I got the pleasure of hearing read this and not going to lie... hearing him read the Vane lines, had convinced me to keep trying audio books 💞
I've read this one a few times but thus is the first time I hear it on Audio and read by a man.
I might be hooked on this narrator's voice. Now I wonder how many more romance novels are read and recorded by men... I do wonder.

pickIt was nice to take a break from the Dark-Hunter story lines and explore a new species within the universe.
pick🌟🌟🌟 (3 stars) Three Stars 1) enjoyed the banter between Bride and Fang (even with the InstaLove) and this intro to the were-hunters 2) head-jumping is and probably always will be an issue with me and these books 3) really enjoyed these characters and happy to have a bit of plot break from the overall story ARC
I think infatuation is like a garden. If tended and cared for, it grows into love. If neglected or abused it dies. The only way to have eternal love is to never let your heart forget what it's like to live without it.
