From immensely talented debut author Robert L. Anderson comes a stunning, complex, and imaginative story about the fine line between dreams and reality that will appeal to fans of Maggie Stiefvater s The Raven Cycle.Odea Donahue has been able to travel through people s dreams since she was six years old. Her mother taught her the three rules of walking: Never interfere. Never be seen. Never walk the same person s dream more than once. Dea has never broken the rules. Then a mysterious new boy, Connor, comes to town. For the first time in her life, Dea feels normal. But both Dea and Connor have secrets, and as she is increasingly drawn to Connor s dreams and nightmares the boundary between worlds begins to deteriorate, putting everyone she loves in danger."

So, I feel that it has been a while since I posted but I recently finished this great book. I was immediately hooked ??. Dea, a girl who travels people‘s dream. She has been told three rules: Never interfere, never be seen and never enter the same people‘s dream more than once.

"I dreamed I was a butterfly. Now I wonder: Am I a man who dreamt of being a butterfly, or am I a butterfly dreaming that I am a man?"

Mehso-so

Dreamland had a really excellent premise, with some concepts I would really love to see expounded on, but in the end, it just didn't strike the right note with me (though for fans of the YA genre, I can completely see where the love would come from).

Wow, these book swap picks have been phenomenal lately! I could not put this YA novel down, and read it almost entirely in one sitting. Slightly psychological, a lot creepy, and super inventive, this book gets a 4/5 from me! Thanks for the pick @MommyOfTwo ! #genreswappbc #styleexchange

So I bought some cookies and read about 3/4 of this book, because I really just can‘t put it down, and I do not regret any decisions made today. #styleexchange #genreswappbc #macarons

Kaye Can you describe what these cookies taste like ? I‘ve seen pics of them online a lot. Are they different flavored depending on the colors ? And are they crunchy or chewy ? They look really good but I haven‘t seen them anyplace around here. 6y
the-flashley Yes! I love them. These I actually ordered online from a place called Makarohn and they ship nationwide. They‘re softer than you would expect, but mostly chewy with just the right amount of crunch and each of the cookies I got was a different flavor. In this picture there are a creme brûlée flavored one, toasted marshmallow, birthday cake, rose, pistachio, Milky Way, lemon, and raspberry lychee. The Milky Way one is my favorite so far! Wow! Thanks to @MommyOfTwo for choosing this for #genreswapPBC #styleexchange! I had never heard of this book before and wouldn‘t have read it without her! I usually don‘t enjoy YA but I really liked this book. I read it all in one day because I just couldn‘t put it down.

MommyOfTwo Nice, it went pretty quick for me too. Not quite that fast because I didn‘t have the time. 6y

CatLass007 Is that knit or crochet? Looks more like crochet to me from the picture. 6y
wellreadredhead @CatLass007 I‘ll admit I don‘t really know the difference! I‘ve never known anyone who crocheted or knitted so I‘m clueless when it comes to that. 6y
CatLass007 Let‘s ask @MommyOfTwo Knit or crochet? 6y

Loved the story, the twists and turns were great. Thought the ending was a bit lacking though.
