Mehso-so

I'm torn between giving this a so-so or a thumbs up. as a self-proclaimed Van Gogh nerd, i enjoy all the back story about his life, but I don't think someone lacking that requisite interest will be hooked on this. the story took a long time to go anywhere.

I'm obsessed with anything #VanGogh and I live for historical fiction about his life. plus, it's #scaretober so what's better than a novel involving murder? I'm going to hunker down tonight, paint my nails, and begin this (hopeful) gem!
