I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it (some I‘ve had so long I don‘t even remember why!). Feel free to join in!

I took a look at my accounts and I‘ve got to reign it in a bit. No more coffee & tea; I‘ve got plenty of k-cups and teabags to see me through. And NO MORE BOOKS! I wasn‘t supposed to spend this year, and somehow I‘ve subscribed to a monthly box and exploded my bookshelf.

Here‘s to no spending in those areas.

dariazeoli @Natasha.C.Barnes Thanks! Just cancelled PageHabit as a first step! 7y
Kimzey Way to go! No-spend months are a great way to stabilize the finances! I've implemented my own "No-Buy July" and "Austere August" a few times. I also put "Books" as a category in my monthly budget, so I could spend and not feel guilty as long as I was within budget! ☕️?? 7y

KCorter @Kimzey "Austere August". ? I could get behind that just because the name is so damn pithy. 7y
KCorter Good luck, @dariazeoli! I spend so much time at the library when I am on a spending freeze. Check out the Hoopla app if your library supports it. They have great content! 7y
Kimzey @KCorter Ha! Yes, a pithy moniker helps! 😊 7y
