Two down!
This book took 10 years to write because Anthony wanted to do elaborate research to get all of the details just right, and it paid off! This book was written beautifully! The detail was astounding and attention capturing.
The beginning was a little slow, which is why this book didn‘t get a 5-star rating from me.
The multiple perspectives was extremely well-done!

This was really slow for me.The Underworld was my favourite. The sexual tension between Celaena and Sam was driving me insane so FINALLY something was happening! I am a HUGE sucker for a really good romance, so yay! Overall, I‘ll give the book 4-stars because the story wasn‘t too bad, the romance was good, and it made my heart REALLY HURT!

“My name is Celaena Sardothien, and I will not be afraid”
I‘ve already watched the series before and the book is WAY better. There is so many missed details in the series that is explained in the book. I‘m beginning to make sense of everything now.
GRRM is a fantasy genius! His writing is absolutely captivating and I didn‘t find myself becoming bored what-so-ever.
I‘m going to go ahead and recommend this to every fantasy fan out there! WORTH IT!

This is my favourite YA novel from my teenage years. I think that may be due to the fact that I related with Alaska deeply. I still have so much love for this book and highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Week 2 of this book and I‘ve finally hit the 65% mark! Now I‘ve got my fur child, Mocha, to keep me company. Happy Christmas Eve (Eve) everyone ❤️🎄
The book starts off with a huge BANG 💥 and keeps you hooked all the way through. The story line is well written and has just the right amount of twists and turns to have you second guessing yourself. The sass and anger of Thorne is what made the book for me, he‘s the character you just LOVE to HATE.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Honestly, this book was more irritating to me than anything. Initially, both Savannah and Kent were hostile towards each other without any given context... why though? #confused
Then, they just seemed to argue all.the.time! All the emotions seemed over exaggerated. I understand not wanting to be lied to, but there are situations where you may not want to tell your whole story right away.
⭐️⭐️/2
The story was heart wrenching and kept me guessing the entire duration of the book. Definitely a page turner. It took me a while to really start getting into the book though. I believe that may be due to the lack of character development. Anna and Sarah seem to be the most under developed. I continued to mix the two of them up. “is it Anna or Sarah that is missing again?🤔”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was impressed! The story line, up until the end, was amazing. I found myself understanding Lale‘s character and loving Gita the same way he had. The trauma the couple went through was astounding. Some parts feel rushed though. There could have been more elaboration on the more traumatic parts that made Auschwitz, Auschwitz.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My first issue with this book is the tense of writing. It‘s written in a present tense which makes everything super awkward and rather annoying in a novel.
My second issue is with the backstories. There doesn‘t seem to be enough detail into them at all. I would‘ve like to know more detail about why Aector is the black sheep rather than just a scratch on the surface. There are so many other issues, but I‘m out of room!

“I wadn‘t aware that words could hold so much. I didn‘t know a sentence could be so full.” -Kya
This book had me hooked from the very first page to the last. The way the characters fell together was art to me. There was a perfect balance of romance, mystery, thrill, and paranormal. Highly recommend!

AMAZING!!
Kya watches everyone leave and so from then, the Marsh becomes her family, this causes her to become the talk of the town and looked at as an outcast.
Despite her family leaving her and the town shunning her, she found friends in the most unlikely of places.
The end of the book I was thrilled and was smiling with joy and also shedding tears. Then at the very end a bomb gets dropped that ties all the questions together. WOW

I absolutely LOVED this book! It was truly magical. Reading it, I felt as though I was really a part of Caraval. There were some parts were my anxiety peaked and some parts where my intrigue soared.
Scarlett‘s need to care for her sister is so tremendous! She worries about it every step of the way. But you can feel her love for Tella and you don‘t doubt for a moment that she would literally die for her.
