Nice book on the science behind the movie science. Not overly technical, light reading for in between.

A history of CIA/mafia/Vatican backed violence and drug trade over the world. Whether it‘s true or not, books like these are always fun to read.
Highly recommendable if you‘re into history, aviation & anecdotes. Heroic tales.
Going by the title, I expected a tinfoil hat situation, but it turned out to be an insightful read into the world of black ops and nuclear testing.
Good, thorough book. I‘m giving it a So-So because you really need to be interested in a topic like this. But if you are, then this is right up your alley.
Saw the exhibition coupled with this book back in 2013 in Malaga, and it was an eye opener. Both to the genius that was a younger Dennis Hopper, as well as rekindling my love for photography. Find it if you‘re into pop art and the likes, and street photography.
One of the best works of fiction I've read in the past years. Read it 3 times: once in Dutch, twice in German. And I really recommend the German version because of the compound sentences which can easily fill half a page. The picture of a modern day version of East Germany that is painted here just works and makes you feel the gloom of that 'modern' society.
Very extensive insight in the machinations of the air war during WW2. Was a bit surprised to find that, contrary to portrayals in popular media, bombing was lacking accuracy until pretty late in the war. Can be a bit of dry read in some chapters, but if you're into it, it's worth your time.
