I listened to this on audiobook format. One of the best non-fiction I've read lately. It's definitely not perfect, and ideas are not new. However, the author puts all ideas to test and finally provides very simple and practical advices. The author also did a great job narrating his own work.

Back in Finland :) ?? ?But missing my country Costa Rica ??Luckily, I brought with me some literature from CR. Nothing more Costa Rican than a good cup of coffee and Joaquín Gutiérrez.

And Then There Were None | Agatha Christie
Pickpick

I think the genius of this book lies in its simplicity. In a relatively short book, the author introduces more than 10 characters, develops a mystery, and resolves it in a smart way, where all the pieces fit perfectly together in the end. Very entertaining read, I would recommend it to anyone.

The book has post apocalyptic and a pre apocalyptic parts, and eventually links both storylines. The post apocalyptic characters were not as appealing, and the main story line wasn't very exciting until the end of the book. However, the story before the "end of the world" is richer, with better built characters and takes the reader to a nice journey into the lives of these interesting characters.

I read the Spanish version of the Diary of Anne Frank. A real life coming of age story, and a piece of work full of history. Anne Frank confronts many issues: gender, sexuality, religion and even politics. I particularly liked her constant fight of learning how to be the best version of her self, while hiding from nazi Germany. Human nature at its purest.

Short but fun. Nice illustrations and Japanese folklore with Gaiman's twist.

Look at what I found at the public library today. A beautifully illustrated novella by Mr. Gaiman. I'm excited to read another work by this author.

A simple, fun and sweet coming of age story. Starting with the main character, this book is packed with good believable characters. If you like young adult books where family plays an important role, this one is for you.

Filled with stories from WWII concentration camps and analyzed from a psychological point of view.
Interesting, inspiring, honest and a profoundly human and (somehow) spiritual book. One of my favorite reads of the year. Recommended for everybody!

Although the book discusses issues about privacy and social networks, it doesn't bring anything new to the table.
It started super slow. The story became kind of interesting until the last 100 pages.
I didn't like the main character at all. I hated the lack of common sense she demonstrated in every decision she made. But many many characters around her presented the same problem, undermining the believability of the entire story.

I listened to almost 30 mins of the audiobook, and it gave me a headache. Not funny, and I didn't like the writing at all.

This book is about so many things, it is hard to describe it. The only thing I am sure about is that this is a literature masterpiece.
The pacing of the story could have been better and the climax is not what I anticipated. However, the richness of the book (folklore, myths, places and history) overshadows the weaknesses.

Objectively, it contains high quality information. But it was a boring and super slow read for me. I wasn't interested at all.

Loved it! I LOVED it. This really feels like Harry Potter. Packed with action, amazingly crafted characters and plot twists. The story definitely has JK Rowling's mark on it.
Did I mentioned I loved it?
