Absolutely stunned by reading this gorgeous book with a gorgeous writing that energizes the rage, I hold in my mind against the set up rules for women, some of which I personally faced, after marriage as well as before it. This world is still a battlefield of sexes, where women have to fight harder, although being nominated as the weaker sex at the end of the day.
It turned out to be a very melancholic tale of love, not a very romantic one to read on such kind of vacations. Finch and Violet had a tough time to build their relationship and the only issue that kept me reading this book is their mental illness ; how two utterly depressed people found love in each other and it is the only thing that drew them together but also the same thing that separated them as well...
