I don't know what else to say except this book was WILD from start to finish. Also very graphic and violent.

I do believe that Tarryn is an amazing writer, and I had high hopes for this, and ultimately it let me down. Sure, it was captivating at first, even confusing. But as the plot progressed, I saw myself slowly losing interest. I lacked the claws and the chemistry that was in her Love Me With Lies series. I needed more justification, I needed to understand them more.

This is the first Kendare Blake book I have read, and holy hell, this is one dark book!
The world building is absolutely interesting, though it takes you some time to get the hang of it. The plot twists actually arrive way later in the story, but they are crazy nonetheless. Totally excited for the second book!
