Honestly, I could give or take this book. It was a helpful guide for minimalizing room by room, but it got a little repetitive for me.

This book is a game changer. I will never look at the food I consume in the same way again, plus I'm pretty sure this author has turned me into a vegetarian for life. Not for the faint of heart, for sure.
Marie Kondo and so earnest in her passion for tidying that it's hard not to feel that through her writing, which tends to be a little too sentimental at times (sorry, Marie, I'm not going to empty my purse every night so it can have a rest). Overall, the book got me to appreciate my stuff more and get rid of the things I didn't need so I would definitely recommend it!
Only finished this because it was a quick read. I wanted something light and fun, but just found this bland and predictable. It was hard to find proper justification to care about the characters which seemed flat and one-dimensional.
I actually listened to the audiobook, which I would highly recommend. Dan Harris comes to meditation with high levels of skepticism and humor. He makes the metaphysical more palatable and actually got me practicing meditation, so there's win for sure! He narrates the audiobooks himself and he's very conversational so it just ends up a really fun listen.
This book blew my mind, it's definitely one I'm going to read again and again. Its a really great breakdown of the similarities between modern psychodynamic thought and ancient Buddhist psychology.
