The author of this novel uses genius first-person techniques by showcasing a sense of innocence and wit in the narration. Seeing extreme hardship and struggle through the eyes of a child is an incredible way to demonstrate the point of view of this novel, leaving the story to be tear-jerking and very heartwarming. 3y
