It's entertaining and I like the Latinx representation but whew..... so far its less rom com and more racy. It's not going to be one that knocks my socks off but if you've got your eye on it and like more straight romance I don't think you'd be disappointed. #youhadmeathola

so-soThis book is targeted toward a very specific audience and likely won't be everyone's cup of tea. It was slow and overly detailed at times, weaving the history of the library with true crime story telling. I did walk away from this story with a much bigger appreciation for the institution of our libraries.

The format of the book was fresh and different, the fun, witty, and quirky banter between friends is engaging and entertaining. It's a nice departure from predictable, formulaic genres- perfect for anyone looking for a change of pace from their usual reads.
