My Main Question:

What Exactly Is Energybending And How many spirits Do You Need To Do It?
One of the greatest bending abilities is energy bending. It was introduced at the very last minute of the third act in the series. Given the fact, They never really explained how to unlock the ability to Energybend. Nor the number of spirits required for it. It was only used as a plot device that ultimately prevents Aang from having to kill Fire Lord Ozai.

I'm questioning how Aang initially discovered energy bending, and how long it took him to fully master it. Energybending is capable of removing and restoring the user‘s bending ability as demonstrated by Aang. Because Energybending predates the other elementals, users can bend the life energy within them, which can seal or restore bending.

The book revolves around the protagonist Aang and his friends Katara and Sokka going on a journey. Aang, the Avatar, must master the four elements ( Air, Water, Earth, and Fire) to end the war. I chose this as my connection because Aang had less than a year to master all the elements. Aang faces a lot of trauma and anxiety which is comparable to what many people frequently go through.

Fourth Stall | Chris Rylander

I'm currently reading The Fourth Stall by Chris Rylander. It's one of the most entertaining books I've ever picked up. I'm currently on page 33 though I already see the problem formulating and things getting more severe. So far I've learned that Mac (a six grader) has created a business in the East Wing boys bathroom, fourth stall from the high window. Other kids in middle school bribe him with money and small favors.

The Fourth Stall | Chris Rylander

Well, the main reason I choose the book was that I recently heard about the movie version, but I never got the opportunity to watch it.
