This is one of the best books I‘ve read in a long time. I‘m not a fan of the language, but as the book goes on it‘s less and less. Furthermore, I feel the purpose of this book is to have us question how we set our metrics and why we choose to measure ourselves or allow others to shape how we measure our worth. I listened to the audio book in my way to FL. One I will go back to for sure!

I could not get into this book. Maybe this particular book would be good If I had a history of abandonment.

I really enjoyed this read. As a mother, wife, Christian, and working professional I can relate to her story. Always striving to be perfect, but missing out on life in the process. Growing up it was all about self sacrifice for the greater good over self care in order to shed the light of what‘s good. My motto these days is to have no expectations, and let God lead me to what he would have me do. For me , it‘s to be there for my family.

Amazing story of redemption. Heartbreaking, and tough to read at times, but beautifully written. Helping me understand the mind of someone with addiction. Recovery is possible one-day at a time, and has to be a life long ongoing commitment.

Great read. Inspirational, and insightful. Makes you think. World view vs. biblical world view. Taking back my day, my time, and my life in Christ.

Amazing story of love, sadness, and the complicated/guilty thoughts/feelings of human beings. Tear jerker for sure. Beautifully written.

Fantastic book! Based on biblical principles on saying no. Will probably re-read, or refer back to this book when making some decisions. Especially, when I feel guilt for saying no to someone.

Planning for our future. Great tips. Some of the information in this particular book is outdated, but still a great outline for saving, and strategies to get out of debt. #studentloans #credit #mortgage
