I really enjoyed this book a lot. It‘s language had a nice flow and feeling. It‘s not a particularly lengthy book, which was nice. It‘s a light read that goes deep. I would definitely recommend it. #book #bookstagram #thatpartwastrue #reader

"Don't give up all your romance, Anne," he whispered shyly, "a little of it is a good thing - not too much, of course - but keep a little of it, Anne, keep a little of it."
"He had the sort of beauty that instantly shifted him from a possible romance object to an absolute impossibility. Nobody got to spend time with people who looked like that outside the front pages of newspapers and glossy magazines."
What a great character intro!!
Super legit. I'm not super into virtual reality, but this was super engaging. Had lots of surprises and kept me on the edge my seat. Very well developed! Highly recommended.
This is the start to a trilogy with a very interesting take on the Lazarus story, but I am not a fan of it being a gothic vampire story. I'm over the new round of vampire obsession novels.
Still very well written, just not my cup of tea, or my favorite James Rollins series.
James Rollins is my all time favorite author. His mix of religion, science, history, culture, current events, and adventure are incredible. I pick up and devour every book he writes. Map of Bones is the start of his Sigma series and one of my favorites of his.
