I enjoyed the innocence of this book! Teenage love-no other experience like it. I enjoyed how the main characters used writing and music as a way of therapy and looking to turn their passions into careers. Highly recommend this YA novel!

This is an excellent written book and very enjoyable. How you approach this book will determine your enjoyment. Open-minded and not so serious are my suggestions for beginning this book. As the book progresses, you will then know how to it take the main the character.

The book is a great, comical, educational read. I learned more about apartheid than just the textbook definition. This book is a must read for everyone!
