This is a heartbreaking memoir about a mother's journey losing her child and still managing to find hope and peace in her faith.

This was such a short little story but it was adorable, funny, and addictive. Sweet story about loving something so much you would camp in line for days to be the first to see it and the people you meet in the line.
Some light reading while my son is at soccer practice. Rainbow Rowell is becoming one of my new favorite authors. Really glad I found this at BOOKCON 2016.
Next up in the TBR pile - I have a secret addiction to Kenyon novels. The stories are all really similar and angsty, sometimes I would love to grab a red pen and edit the dialogue - but I love the universe she created. Is it just me or are her books getting longer? 700+ pages?
Reading E&P was painful at times. But in the 'written so well I'm having empathy pain' kind of way. I had to take a break from it a few times because certain parts hurt. I loved this book. Absolutely loved it. The slow trust building between Park and Eleanor, the perfect descriptions of adolescence in that time period, powerlessness of being a young girl in a bad situation, and the sweetness of their relationship. Highly recommend.
First off, I'll say I really liked the story. Some of the characterizations maybe weren't quite what I wanted them to be, but it was a fast paced, entertaining script. It was an easier read than most scripts I've read, in certain parts reading more like a novel. At times it felt more like a fanfiction than anything else. Altogether, I enjoyed it as I feel most Potter fans will, even though I might not be able to accept it in canon.
I'm having a lot of mixed feelings about this book right now. Will post a review later.

I adore this book. As anyone who loves Jane Austen's works knows, sometimes the real world just feels like something is missing. Following Jane on her journey is a fabulous way to spend a weekend.
Finally reading E&P. Fully prepared to avoid sleep tonight reading this.
