User manual for the body. Some of what Rath covers is, or should be, fairly obvious. But cumulatively, this book offers a set of solid not advice and reminders about taking care of ourselves. A quick evening‘s read that‘s helpful to everyone except, perhaps, the already super fit and healthy.

Grover is a pompous and pedantic name-dropping cartoon of a man. This book can be summarized in one sentence: To be successful at something, commit completely. No shit. Nobody needs to read a breathless, repetitive tome about how many NBA players the author knows to get that.
