I picked this up from the library when I was still in high school not knowing. This book is one of my all time favorites. I was so drawn into the characters and their struggle. I have been a Dean Koontz fan ever since.
I read this and was floored. Granted it's fiction but the research that the author did in order to write the book had me wondering why aren't we better prepared? Great read.
I enjoyed this book at the insight it gave into observing people and just watching.
It took me a chapter before I could believe what I was reading. Then I was entranced with how everyone was ok with what was going on. Makes you wonder how easily we are influenced by a lie.
This book seemed odd at first but it kept me hooked up to the last page.
Thoroughly liked this book and the innocence of the story being told from the perspective of a child. It was very suspenseful and kept me wondering why.
