Picked this up in Cuba - hence the cigar. Beautifully illustrated and captivating from the start 🌈 A little life lesson to always live it to its fullest , even if that means spending your days doing nothing but reading 📚

Was recommended this book by a pharmacist who is very quirky,intelligent, worldly and who I hold hold in high esteem. So when it appeared at the book swop while holidaying in Cuba took it as a sign that it was meant to be. What a pile of poo! know thats not a bombastic review but all I feel it is worthy of. Reminded me of a teenage novel that trying to ins-till some confidence in young naive girls , and not very well! Had to simply POWER through.

Picked this up for Holidays & read in about four hours - it was spankingly good .. SPOILER ...if you see it coming it would take the edge off , a bit like the film six sense you almost want to read it again and you think how could i not have know.

Quotes..Quotes....Quotes... I Print ‘em , Glue ‘em and the hide them around in random places. My hope is the right one will be found by the right person at the right time and i hope they make people smile..... Quote Hard ....use the power of words....

A new view of a well written about topic. The Author without doubt takes you on a journey. Aiktor, ha i feel a little cheeky calling him that but he made me believe I know him, teaches you how to rise above , and shows you how to see even a sliver of light in times of darkness. Viktor is a psychologist and certainly holds a special way of building yourself up, a great book to read when life is getting you down a bit 🌈

Quite addictive read BUT you kind of get where its going which was disappointing would have loved a shocker ending.
Nice easy read and am going to see what else author has to offer

I hate that this book is about to be made into film & will take away its power in doing so,

Written in 2012 I have to wonder how Blake Morrison reflects on his words & feelings today. A brutally honest book that reached emotion I never knew I Possessed & evoked conflicting thoughts throughout. A difficult read, not just because of the main topic but it has a dark feel through out & did not take me to a happy place. I have owned this book for years & only just brought myself to read, glad i mustered the strength, for thats what it takes.
