Slow start, but enjoyable read. June Book Club talk: we were all in agreement that the narrator breaking the fourth wall and speaking to the reader was interesting and fun. Most were confused with the large cast of characters and who killed who. We felt it was a pleasant change from the unreliable narrators that many modern mystery novels employ today. The club was split on whether they will read the next book in the series. 3 out of 5 stars.
