So beautifully crafted and so much to think about. Music, math, mostly music and heartbreak on so many levels. Brought home some realizations about the impact of politics and how blind I was (most of the time) to what was starting to happen in China when I was there ~

Very interesting protagonist- and the premise of bio-engineering, urban development and AI is spell binding. Near future sci-fi kind of thing. Page turner - ending a bit much but well worth the read
