This book goes really well with Poor Economics, which explains a lot of he research referenced in this book. I think it's excellent.

If an animal bites you, go directly to the doctor to get a rabies vaccine. Also if you wake up in a room with a bat even if you have no evidence you were bitten- go to doctor!
