I can't express how much I loved this book! Madeline Miller's first book "Song of Achilles" blew me away but this one was even better ❤ Circe really resonated with me, her struggle to find het place in the world and becoming her own woman. Beautifully written, I'm a fan!

I reread the first page twice because I thought I was reading it wrong. Then came a "What...?" moment, followed by several others in rapid succesion. By page 5 I was already pretty spooked. Now I'm reading in bed and I'm afraid to turn off the light...
