what do you do when you get an arc from an author to read and review but the book is awful. The MC is such a twat, she thinks she's better than everyone. She has her sights set on a guy who already has a girlfriend but she's prettier than his girlfriend so of course he would rather be with her. When she sets up running into him she has to buy the outfit to make her one of them, she can't even be herself. Do I push through and read it anyway?

I read this with a buddy. It was amazing. I didn't think I would like this and I did not have this on my list to read at all. It took me by surprise how much I enjoyed this.

Just started Drink, Slay, Love. It seemed slow but then i got into it, so hopefully it lasts.

Started illuminae in Ebook this morning but I don't think the formatting is right and the text is super small so I've requested the actual book from the library. I hate hauling around real books and I believe this one is pretty thick!

Not my type of book. I enjoyed the boring first half more than I did the adventurous second half. I had to force myself to finish it.

I started this yesterday and it's not really grabbing me. It's ok but not as good as everyone says it is. 36% in so maybe I just need to give it some time.

I couldn't finish this. 50% in and I can't read anymore of this drivel. I have no idea how this has so many good reviews.

Starting Geekerella, but why are the pages so very white? My eyes can't take it.

The writing is very immature, more like how 8 year olds would talk, not how the 13 and 14 year old main characters should have sounded. The subject matter was very mature though. I know some people think this is for middle grades but I think this would be too mature for them. I enjoyed this, it was a fast read as I just started the book this morning 😉
