The Selection series is the best thing that's happened to me in a while. It's like the Bachelor meets Hunger Games and I read the first three books of the series each in under 24 hours. I thought at the end of the first book you would know who the Prince chose... But nope, you have to stick it out until Book 3 (The One). There's drama, a little bit of politics, and a very strong female lead. If you are stuck in a rut, this series is for you!⁣

I bought Pumpkinheads at Target and then sat on the couch and finished it in an hour or two. Deja and Josiah go searching all around the pumpkin patch for Josiah's crush and taste everything the pumpkin patch has to offer on the way. This was a really cute, light read that both kids and adults and enjoy. I wish there was a pumpkin patch near me as massive and fun as the one in this book.
