This was a perfect 'end' to the Bill Hodges trilogy. In some ways one of King's scariest novels, in some ways his gentlest, this is a story that grapples with big ideas like moving on and death, and they're handled with aplomb. If you've read Mr. Mercedes & Finders Keepers, what are you waiting for?
