This book was powerful and real. It hit me really deep and helped me understand that I didn't ask for this. I didnt make him this way and that I can heal from this. A must must MUST read for those of you stuck or recently out of a relationship with a narcissist

This book is exactly what I needed like a swift kick in the pants to stop the excuses and start living the life I was meant to live. It's Inspiring, motivating and encouraging a must read for someone who is tired of feeling not good enough and needing that push to your full potential

Incredibly boring and repetitive

I had quite a few "ah-ha" moments in this book and although I enjoyed the book it has too many medical terms and prescription names that could of very well been reduced throughout the book

This book is real, raw and in your face. Has quite the edge to it but it's more about Russell brands story and the basic 12 steps you hear at an AA meeting.

Although I'm a big fan of dr Phil I did not find alot of use from this book...nothing really jumped out at me to want to try and implement into my relationship

This book had some great points and tips on how to parent in everyday battles but some chapters I found rather repetitive and unnecessary
