Such a fun read for anyone that enjoys video games and references to 80s movies, video games, and music. I could totally imagine a world in which OASIS exists.

I tried to like it, I really did, but I cannot ignore the annoying MC or the cliche writing. MC is basically a whiney Katniss. Phrases like "my bowels turned watery" and the romance scenes made me cringe. I cannot wrap my head around how her books are popular. And yes, I've read her ToG series.

Gosh this made me laugh just as much as the film. While I preferred the film's ending, I liked getting an inside-look at Gregg S. Gaines' mind.

Decided to pick this up after seeing the movie trailer. It's a touching story that deals with complicated issues, but will make you laugh and think about whether you are living your life to your fullest potential. Really enjoyed it even though I do not typically read contemporary.
