pickOn a lark I've decided to read all 19 of the Plantagenet and Tudor novel series. This first one is a pretty soft pick for me, the characters don't resonate well and the plot confusing (they're in France, they're in England, they're back in France who can even keep up or care) but it did feature tarot cards and common witchery so that redeems it somewhat.
The Morbid podcast I listened to earlier about, "The Princes in the Tower," was all I needed as a reminder to dive back into this #historicalfiction series. This book essentially picks up right where I need. The White Queen is the mother of those two missing *cough* [murdered] princes.

bailedI had to bail it after I went to another two chapters. This is definitely not a good book for an audiobook. I could not follow half of the thoughts because a zillion of names have been mentioned. I am pretty sure in ghe printed version there‘s a deawing of a family tree or something, but to follow the branches of a family without the possibility to see it does not work. And then this weird computerized voice. Not my thing. 🤦♀️
pickAfter a day out to Bosworth last week, just a bit of a R3 story. Enjoyable, if a bit romanticised.
This ebook sounded very interesting but the recording sounds like an automatic computer reading out the text. I am not sure if I will be able to listen to it for another 15 hours even though I am really interested in the topic. It is just too difficult to listen to. 🙈
