Watching the Heat episode with a friend via rabb.it while prepping squid for my first ever attempt at calamari. I‘m starting to feel more confident in my own knowledge — the fact that I do, in fact, *have* knowledge, not just wild guesses — and so am trying not to rely so heavily on precise recipes.
