pick8th book of the Vera Stanhope Mystery series. Gave us a glimpse into Hector Stanhope, Vera's dad. Book gets off to a slow start put picks up middle to end. The characters are interesting and the plot is intricately woven. Full of twists and turns which kept the pages turning. I highly recommend these books to those who love mystery thrillers. I suggest they be read in order as the stories build one upon the other. Group read with @Andrew65
