pickScience geekery at its best. Really enjoyed this look at liquids, told during the course of an airplane flight. An engaging tour of liquid substances in the droplets, molecules, heartbeats, and waves that make up the fuel, beverages, liquid-crystal display screen, the ocean...and of course, the tiny bottles in the carry-on‘s. Very conversational tone, simple layman‘s terms. Approachable and engaging read 🤗
