In honor of Bingley finally popping the question: the cocktail of the day is the Cherry Bingley from Gin Austen.
1.5 ounces cachaca
1.5 ounce of cherry liqueur
.5 ounce lime juice
Club Soda
Shake with ice. Strain into glass filled with ice. Top with Club Soda. Garnish Lime wheel and cocktail cherry. 💍@sprainedbrain

Crinoline_Laphroaig Because I used Kirsch, which has no color, I added bit of cocktail cherry juice. Himself thought it needed to be sweeter so we add a splash of sugar syrup. 4y
