#papergirlsgiveaway Thank you for the giveaway @BookishGirl06 ! I am thankful that I have Thanksgiving off. My work is open on Thanksgiving because people continue to shop on the day so the company won't pass up the chance to make money. I would be even more thankful if I had Black Friday off but that is too much to hope for.😞

BookishGirl06 I pretty much have the same thing going on. I have thanksgiving off, my store is open that day and I‘m working Black Friday too. But I have the next week off so looking forward to that 6y

Maewyn @Trashcanman yeah, I had a lady with a handful of stuff say to me. "It is a shame you guys are open on Thanksgiving. At least you got to spend the afternoon with family right?" No, I didn't actually because I have to travel to see my family and I didn't have the day off. She wasn't amused with my non-guilt assuaging answer. 6y

Trashcanman @Maewyn good for you, I mean we are all consumers but fighting and trampling people for stuff the day after or even the day that we are supposed to be grateful for shit is completely lost on so many. 6y
