Yesterday was so busy I never got around to posting for #limerickday! Matilda was one of my favorite books as a child. Like Matilda, I was an early reader... although I certainly wasn't reading Pickwick at age five. 😏In this passage, Matilda's teacher, Miss Honey, is just discovering the extent of Matilda's reading ability--starting by having her read this classic limerick aloud. #maybookflowers
