bailedRed flags kept popping up as I read the first few chapters. One was the doctor's insistence that the one thing that actually helps me is the wrong treatment. Another was his idea that he has figured something out that has evaded all other headache experts. I spoke with my doctor about some of the basic premises of the book, and he was very doubtful about them. So, while some may like this book's approach, it's not for me. #chronicpain #headache

PirateJenny or sugar! That may help some, but I was diagnosed with migraines 30 years ago. It has been tried. Food doesn't trigger me. I love the people who tell you to avoid your triggers too. Great so I'll go live on Mars then. they're also hereditary for me but each person in my family has different triggers. fun! 7y
