Similar to “The Nature Fix”, this book explores how being in nature is good for you. But, it also provides very practical & instructional information about the different trees, their scents and benefits. If “The Nature Fix” was focused on the scientific research done on “forest bathing”, then this book was focused on helping the reader put it into practice. I found valuable info on how to “forest bath” that I will carry with me.
