Em loves to sit on my lap for my morning read.Just finished chapter of this book covering & comparing BookerT. Washington & W.E.B Du Bois,entitled “The Battle of the Black Brains”. Both men are mentioned in history books but the author‘s treatment of their complexity & rivalry paints strikingly new( to me) portraits of the men.While reading my chapter a day I am always thinking of teaching.#teachersofLitsy.
