"She refused to be bored chiefly because she wasn't boring" ~the incomparable Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald
This fictionalized account of the marriage, relationship, and life of Zelda Fitzgerald has sparked my interest into the biography genre. I plan on making a study of both F.S. Fitzgerald and Zelda Fitzgerald. It was a delightful read. Though very clear the author is on Team Zelda.

hlgreenfield I don't know a lot about them, but always wanted to know more. They sound like such a destructive, fascinating couple. From what I know Team Zelda is the right team to be on since FS didn't seem to treat her right, but I'd love to know more and be making an informed decision on that 8y
Jess_Read_This @hlgreenfield I'm just learning a bit more about them. I've been a Scott fan for awhile now but after reading this book; I'm Zelda fan. I've picked up a few biographies on her and her book Save Me the Waltz. She was a terrific writer and some of Scott's stories were actually hers. She allowed them to be published under his name since they would get more money for them. 8y
hlgreenfield @Jess_Read_This I've never read anything of hers ( though I do have interest to) and I'd hear about her publishing some stuff under his name. They were definitely a fascinating couple and having read most of F Scott's work I really want to read some of hers as well! 8y
Jess_Read_This @hlgreenfield Her book though fictional, is said to be based on their marriage. F Scott reportedly hated it and did do some edits. I was able to get a copy from Book Depository. 8y
