Calling all #Littens ! My dear friend is fostering to adopt her two daughters, and now I'd like to help them #adoptalibrary for their home. They've been visiting the library often, but they don't own any children's books. I was inspired to do this for Christmas, but since it's so close I decided to extend it through 1/1/18 to allow for shipping. Please email me at katedykes at iCloud dot com for details.

I'm very sorry, friends. I'm going to have to cancel or postpone my #adoptalibrary event. I've suddenly come down with mastitis this afternoon, for the third time in the past two months. I have to rest hard, and I'll have to be hospitalized if my fever doesn't come down 1.2* F (0.6* C) in the next hour. I'm very frustrated. I've been stuck in bed for most of this year, and I'm ready to be done. I appreciate any thoughts or prayers. ❤️❤️❤️

Hello, friends! I had an idea today, inspired by the beautiful thoughtfulness of @JenP . I have a friend who's in the process of fostering to adopt two little girls. They've been visiting the library often, but they don't own any children's books at all. I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in joining me in giving them books for Christmas to build their family collection. If people are interested, I will figure out how to make it work 👇🏼
