“Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”

#TheBestofBothWorlds TNG 3.26 & 4.01 Considered the best TNG episodes with reason. Tight plot, excellent acting, surgical dialogue, great effects, Locutus of Borg! What a cliffhanger. WOW! What a show! #startreksummermay #day17
«Sleep.» That line is arguably the most important line in the episode, so I‘m choosing Sleeper, a short by Jo Walton, available from Tor on its own or in the Starlings collection. An equally startling story.
I remember the first time I saw one of these two restaurants in one building places, thinking how clever. Definitely the best of both worlds, as long as you don't want a burger lol.
The Best of Both Worlds is probably the best known, if not the best episode of TNG. The Borg at their best, most menacing level....and that ending, Riker looking defiant, saying Fire!
