EadieB @Andrew65 @Tove_Reads I liked the book and found the characters interesting. I think it showed how easy it is to fall in love with the wrong person and overlook a lot of their faults when you are seeing them through the eyes of love. 6y

TheBookHippie Open ended leaves me to want to write the ending!!!!! I don't care when we read what FYI . I've read her books as they came out if I could at the time so lots of gaps. I missed reading her voice! This is quite enjoyable!!! Thanks for leading these!!! 6y

Tove_Reads Nope, doubt he‘d ever go back to Ria, which is good for her! Might stay together with Bernadette, but he‘ll get someone new on the side. 6y

Tove_Reads Of course! The got out of their comfortable zones, which did them good. Marilyn accepted the death of her son, and Ria saw that there is more to life than Danny, or started to realize it. 6y

EadieB Yes I believe they both benefited by exchanging homes for the summer. Marilyn learned to cope with the loss of her son and Ria was able grow more independent away from Danny. @Tove_Reads @Andrew65 6y

Andrew65 @EadieB @Tove_Reads I feel Marilyn for more out of this, as Ria still wanted, and would have taken back, Danny. 6y

EadieB @Andrew65 I think it seems like a typical brother/sister relationship. They pick on each other but when things get serious they seem to bond together. 6y

Tove_Reads Pretty standard. The age difference is too big for them to share friends and interests at this stage in life. 6y

Andrew65 She is very tough on Brian, but would be there for him in a shot. Brian makes me laugh, always putting his foot in it. 6y

EadieB @Andrew65 Getting away from Danny was a good idea and it is helping her to think a little clearer but I still think she went a little too far. 6y

Tove_Reads It‘s quite normal to do new things once you‘re away and you‘ve taken the first big step. It‘s time for her to do things and let her subconscious figure out what her life will be like in the future. 6y
