#MarchTBR! Two full months into the year and I seem to be falling into a good rhythm of how many books I can reasonably read from the shelves while library holds float in and take priority.

This month, I‘ve still got a few in progress from last month, my February #SweetReads, and four more from the stacks in my quest to #readmyowndamnbooks (which include 2 for my StoryGraph #readingrandomizer challenge)

mcctrish I love that hashtag #readmyowndamnbooks my TBR has a life of its own after the pandemic 3y
merelybookish Some good books. I loved Matrix! 3y
janeycanuck @mcctrish Yeah, mine is out of control. I‘m trying to read four off the shelf each month and really, really trying to stick to a two-out-one-in rule. 3y
janeycanuck @merelybookish I think it‘s what I‘ll pick up after my library book. I loved Fates and Furies (though I know they are nothing alike) 3y

#FebruaryTBR is ready! Too many books in progress - need to polish a few of these off, plus my two #ReadingRandomizer books, my January #SweetReads, some library books (two still at the library waiting to be picked up), a couple additional picks in my never-ending quest to #ReadMyOwnDamnBooks and a couple still from last month. I can carry them all in one arm so clearly, it‘s not too many.

Mehso-so

I found the constant capitalisation of WHY, HOW and WHAT to be incredibly distracting. But that may have been a good thing because this felt quite repetitive, even given its short length.

Book 2/24 for #ReadingRandomizer

slategreyskies I‘ve never heard of the reading randomizer challenge. I‘m thinking about it, but I‘m such a mood reader that I‘m not sure I‘d actually do the ones that got chosen for me. 🤣 3y
janeycanuck @slategreyskies I found it on Storygraph. A lot of my TBR are books that every time I look at them, I think “man, I want to read that” so this is good for helping me choose. And sure enough - almost every title that came up as I was doing my picks, I said “ooh, I can‘t wait to read that!” 3y

Is anyone else on StoryGraph doing the #ReadingRandomizer challenge? I wasn‘t sure if you were supposed to generate all the numbers at the beginning of the year or do them month-by-month but I like to plan so I generated all my numbers already and I‘m quite pleased with what came up.

I‘m on StoryGraph as janeycanuck, if you‘re looking for more friends/people to follow (I always am!)
