AudiobookingWithLeah I just finished this...I'm still processing how I feel about it. I will say it's probably my least favorite of his books but it was entertaining... 😵 3y
Megabooks @AUDIOBOOKINGWITHLEAH I bailed on Lock Every Door and loved Home Before Dark. The other two were middle of the road. I‘m 34% in. So far the suspense is good, but I don‘t think he understands women as well as he thinks he does. That‘s a problem writing the opposite gender in general, and I don‘t think Sager is an exception. But his books are basically the catchy pop songs of literature, so 🤷🏻♀️😁 3y
Megabooks @AUDIOBOOKINGWITHLEAH just finished! I started to hate it during that part at the lodge with all the histrionics from grandma, but then when the movie reveal happened, it made more sense. I don‘t try to guess the future in Sager books because he doesn‘t leave breadcrumbs well, so I just take plot developments as they come. This was exactly the third best of his 5 books IMO. Decent but not remarkable. 🤷🏻♀️ The narrator was pretty good! 👍🏻 3y

When things got really crazy and the grandma told her Josh/whatever his name was a bounty hunter, I thought to myself...“I bet it's going to be the boyfriend“ which I thought was far-fetched, and then it turned out it wasn't. 😬 3y

AudiobookingWithLeah I did put a spoiler tag, I swear. I think there's something wrong when I try to do the spoiler tags and also when I try to tag other people, too. Every time I try to tag thearomaofbooks for the bookspin it never works, I have to do the @ symbol within my post to make it work. If I ruined it for anyone, I I am so sorry. 3y

AudiobookingWithLeah @Megabooks That really upsets me. I'm usually on my laptop when I do things on this site. It's a lot easier to type on an actual keyboard for me. Plus it's easier to copy and paste that way too. I should've known better and went and checked it from my phone right after I posted it. Next time, I'll double-check that. 😏 3y
