pickThis one was a total #NetGalleyGamble for me- and one that panned out! The world-building in this YA Fantasy is a bit clunky and rushed at first, but once you pass that, it‘s a fun and entertaining read! It‘s not the most unpredictable read, but I think it‘s appropriate for its intended audience and I‘m definitely curious to see where the sequel will take these likable characters!
