pickDespite having an identical premise to another picture book I disliked, this one I LOVED! The mixed media art was just incredible, and this was truly representational. The princesses paraded before the prince completely ran the gamut in terms of looks and personalities. The queen is a funny, tough as nails, single mother/ruler with 2 previous marriages. I even found her reason for demanding that the prince marry charming. #BBRCPictureBookLetterK
