1. Aaron Reynolds. He writes the best, funniest picture books. He was at Book Expo 2016 and had NO LINE. This guy deserves a line. Check him out.
2. Raina Telgemier writes the sweetest graphic novels that are both real and heart felt.
3. Joelle Landers has been chosen as an Illinois Reads author for 2018 (hopefully I'm not saying that too early).

I haven't read enough debut authors! Most of the awesome debuts are still on my TBR--I may have to do fewer challenges next year if I want to stop putting off books. I read 5 debuts and would like to see more from 4 of them (sorry, I didn't love Chemistry). But I'll substitute in debut books from my best friends to fill in that space! #5towatch
