pickThis one was the chunkster for me! 674 pages. And I‘ve had it for several years. Read it in order, which is probably not its intent. But lots of really useful information! Makes me realize that my parents raised me well and also makes me sad at how little people pay attention to good manners and etiquette these days 😓
