I just started reading one of the best gastronomy books published in Spain in 2024, Cremo! by Maria Nicolau, a catalan chef who shows us her particular point of view about local and worldwide gastronomy, from her own experience.
Her sincere way to speak, without fears and plenty of honesty, made this book very popular and revelador.
